Terms of Service

You bring the voice, rights, and editorial judgment. Telloa provides the production system, subject to these rules.

EffectiveSeptember 27, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and Telloa (“Telloa,” “we,” or “us”). They apply when you access telloa.app, create an account, purchase credits or a subscription, or use Telloa's recording, AI-generation, editing, avatar, voice, and rendering services (the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you use Telloa for an organization, you confirm that you may bind that organization.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Telloa is not directed to children.

  • Provide accurate account information and keep access to your email secure.
  • Do not share an account in a way that defeats plan, safety, or identity controls.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe your account or generated identity has been compromised.

3. What Telloa does

Telloa converts narration and other creator inputs into scripts, storyboards, diagrams, captions, generated media, presenter footage, and rendered videos. The Service uses automated systems and third-party AI providers. Features, models, limits, and provider availability may change.

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended audience. You are responsible for reviewing every output before publishing or relying on it.

4. Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in narration, scripts, footage, screenshots, documents, prompts, and other material you submit (“Creator Content”). You grant Telloa a limited, worldwide licence to host, copy, transform, transmit, and process Creator Content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use every person, voice, likeness, trademark, work, confidential item, and data contained in Creator Content. Do not upload secrets or regulated data that Telloa has not expressly agreed to handle.

5. Generated outputs

As between you and Telloa, and to the extent permitted by law and provider terms, you may use and download outputs generated for your project. Telloa retains its software, templates, visual grammar, systems, and other pre-existing technology.

AI outputs may not be unique, and other users may receive similar material. Telloa does not promise that an output is copyrightable, non-infringing, factually correct, or cleared for a particular platform, territory, or commercial use.

6. Avatars, voices, and consent

You may create a synthetic visual presenter only for yourself or for a person who has knowingly given you permission. Before upload, you must attest that you are the person shown or have that person’s explicit permission. Voice cloning requires a separate explicit consent scope. These enrollment records are not government identity verification or KYC.

Consent is purpose-limited to videos the enrolled creator requests. Deleting an enrollment stops new Telloa generations tied to it and begins provider and storage deletion workflows. It does not remove videos that were already exported, downloaded, or published.

7. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and all laws that apply to your content and audience. In particular, you may not use Telloa for deceptive impersonation, fraud, non-consensual sexual content, exploitation of minors, unlawful surveillance, or material that violates another person’s privacy or publicity rights.

Read the Acceptable Use Policy

8. Plans, credits, and payment

Plan details and taxes are shown at checkout. Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record for purchases it processes and may collect payment, tax, fraud, and billing information under its own terms and privacy notice.

  • Telloa credits are service units, not money, stored value, or a right to cash withdrawal.
  • Monthly plan credits reset at the next successful subscription period and do not roll over during beta.
  • Purchased credit packs remain available for at least 12 months unless a disclosed expiry, account restriction, chargeback, refund, or legal requirement applies.
  • Before paid generation, Telloa shows a maximum credit amount. It reconciles actual usage and releases unused reserved credits.
  • Downloading an already-generated asset uses no additional generation credits.

9. Renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Subscriptions renew for the period shown at checkout until cancelled. You can use the billing portal to cancel future renewal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless law requires otherwise.

Refunds, billing errors, failed generation, and statutory withdrawal rights are handled under the Refund Policy. A reversal of unused reserved credits is not a cash refund.

Read the Refund Policy

10. Third-party services

Telloa relies on hosting, storage, AI, voice, video, and payment providers. Their availability and terms can affect particular features. The current service-provider list explains the role of each provider.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Telloa at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, rights holders, or the Service; investigate suspected abuse; comply with law; address non-payment; or enforce these Terms. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to export eligible project assets.

12. Service disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Telloa disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limits of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telloa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Telloa’s total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100.

These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including for fraud, wilful misconduct, or other non-excludable responsibility.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, providers, or the Service. We will post the new effective date and give additional notice when a material change requires it. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms; where law requires fresh consent, we will ask for it.

15. Applicable law and disputes

Mandatory consumer law in your place of residence continues to apply. The governing law and venue for paid services are those stated by the contracting Telloa operator at checkout or on your invoice; contact us before purchase if you need those details.
