Data Requests
One route for privacy choices, with clear limits for exported videos, provider records, and legal retention.
1. Requests you can make
- Access or know what personal data Telloa holds about you.
- Correct inaccurate account or profile information.
- Receive a portable copy where required and technically feasible.
- Delete an account, project, enrollment, voice clone, or other eligible data.
- Withdraw consent for optional avatar or voice processing.
- Object to or restrict processing, appeal a decision, or ask a privacy question.
- Ask about disclosure categories or sensitive-data use under applicable US state law.
2. What you can do in the product
You can edit profile information, download eligible project assets, cancel renewal through the billing portal, and delete an AI presenter enrollment from Studio. Account-wide deletion and formal access requests currently use the contact process below.
3. Submit a request
Email hello@telloa.app from the address used for your Telloa account. State the right or data you are asking about and the country or state whose law applies. Do not attach identity documents unless we specifically ask for them through a secure channel.
We may verify account control before disclosing or deleting data. An authorized agent may submit a request where law permits, but we may ask for proof of authority and direct verification from the account holder.
4. Deletion limits
- Deleting an enrollment stops future use in Telloa but cannot retrieve copies of videos you downloaded, shared, or published.
- Some billing, fraud, consent, security, backup, and dispute records may remain where required or permitted by law.
- Providers may retain limited records under their own legal and security obligations; Telloa will relay eligible deletion requests where required.
- We may deny or narrow a request when an exemption applies and will explain the basis where required.
5. Sale, sharing, and sensitive-data choices
Telloa does not currently sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, or use sensitive data to infer unrelated characteristics. If that changes, Telloa will provide the legally required opt-out or limitation controls and honor recognized browser signals where applicable.
6. Response and complaints
We will acknowledge and respond within the time required by applicable law. If you are dissatisfied, reply to request review or complain to your local privacy or data-protection regulator. Exercising a privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination.
