Acceptable Use Policy
Create explanations, not deception. Rights, consent, and honest presentation are hard boundaries.
1. Use people and material with permission
- Do not clone, imitate, or depict a person without their informed permission or another lawful basis.
- Do not upload material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or data-protection rights.
- Do not falsify rights attestations or defeat enrollment controls, watermarks, provenance signals, or provider safety measures.
2. No exploitation or severe harm
- No sexual content involving minors, grooming, trafficking, or exploitation of children.
- No non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized impersonation, or extortion.
- No instructions or content whose primary purpose is serious physical harm, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, or unlawful discrimination.
- No malware, credential theft, phishing, fraud, scams, or evasion of law-enforcement or platform safeguards.
3. No deceptive synthetic media
- Do not present a synthetic person, event, endorsement, evidence, or recording as authentic when that would mislead a reasonable viewer.
- Do not impersonate public officials, candidates, emergency services, financial institutions, employers, health professionals, or another person to influence decisions or obtain access, money, votes, or sensitive data.
- Disclose materially AI-generated or manipulated media when law, platform rules, context, or a reasonable viewer would require it.
4. High-impact and regulated uses
Do not use Telloa as the sole basis for decisions about employment, credit, insurance, housing, education admission, legal status, health treatment, or access to essential services. Telloa is not configured to host protected health information, payment-card data, government identifiers, or similarly regulated secrets.
5. Protect the Service
- Do not probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass access, rate, credit, billing, or security controls except through an expressly authorized security program.
- Do not use automated access that exceeds documented interfaces or materially harms other users.
- Do not resell account access or provider capacity without a written Telloa agreement.
6. Enforcement and reports
Telloa may block a generation, restrict features, preserve evidence, suspend an account, remove hosted material, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to enforce this Policy or protect people and systems. Context matters, including educational, documentary, artistic, and security research purposes.
Report suspected misuse to hello@telloa.app. Include the relevant URL or project details without sending unnecessary sensitive material.
