Accessibility Statement

A creation tool should not make people fight the interface. Accessibility is part of product quality, not a footer ornament.

EffectiveSeptember 27, 2026

1. Commitment

Telloa aims to make its website and creator workflow usable across keyboard, screen-reader, reduced-motion, zoom, and responsive contexts. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is our design target; this statement is not a claim of formal certification.

2. Current measures

  • Semantic headings, labels, status messages, and visible keyboard focus.
  • Keyboard-operable links, buttons, forms, and editor controls.
  • Reduced-motion handling for non-essential animation.
  • Responsive layouts and scalable text for smaller screens.
  • Captions and downloadable transcript/caption formats for generated projects.
  • Alternative text for meaningful marketing imagery.

3. Known complexity

Media recording, timeline editing, third-party checkout, AI-generated imagery, and provider-hosted experiences can create accessibility limitations. We prioritize a text-based alternative or direct support where a feature cannot yet provide an equivalent interaction.

4. Accessibility feedback

Send the page URL, the task you were trying to complete, your browser or assistive technology, and a description of the barrier to hello@telloa.app. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
